Request Refund on Commissions does not work.

Yeah, so, I recently tried to hire someone to make a mesh for me, but they did not meet my clearly stated requirements for what I was looking for, so I wanted to cancel the commission. Unfortunately, the refund button seems to do literally nothing, and even after contacting support, I have no gotten a response since they asked which project it was.
That needs to be fixed tbh. I just wasted a ton of money on a model way too low quality for me to use that did not meet literally ANY of my specified standards... and I can't get a refund for it.

I have this problem aswell... Button has STILL not been fixed!!! The person I hired hasn't even provided a model for the money I paid! Anybody considering using CGTrader for hiring people be very careful... Your money is very likely GONE once you pay CGTrader who are supposed to be acting as escrow to protect you. I wonder if it's intentional that the button does nothing....

Same with me, Horrible customer service. Never again will I use this site to hire anyone. False sense of security when someone takes on your project thats 12 years old and can't speak your language and you can't get help.
