Potential issue with PRODUCT SUPPORT messages....

hi, i recently got a product support query for a product of mine..... i got a mail in my gmail account and that is how i was alerted about the query.... i immediately answered the customer's questions....

the problem is that the customer had posted a follow up question but i never got an email alerting me to it in my gmail account..... had i not manually checked the query here at CGT, i would have missed the follow up question..... could CGT please make it so that every reply is alerted via the user's connected email account..... thank you....

P.s. i double checked my spam and trash folders to make sure no CGT mails ended up there.....

thank you....

not much inconvenience for me, but i am a little worried that the customer might not have realized i replied to their follow up....
