    I'm wondering if this is a local problem or notifications don't work for everyone?

    It's been like this for 3 days for me.

    It's on maintenance, isn't it ?

    That's what it says "currently under maintenance", but these kind of messages appear automatically on sites when something breaks.
    Usually maintenance is done in a few hours max.
