Not receiving email notifications

For the past few weeks for some reason i have not been receiving any notifications when i make a sale or when i get a message,i checked the spam box and there is nothing in there or in my inbox, and all the settings are checked on CG to send me emails. Is there a bug in the website?

Hi,

Based on the information provided by our mailing service, you have reported our emails as spam through your inbox on the 22nd of February, therefore, you are no longer receiving notification emails from us. If you would like to be readded to the mailing list, please reach out to me via DMs.
