Issues in private conversations

Hi Team,
Please fix the issues in private conversations - recently i barely can send a message through it, the page needs to be refreshed several times, before the system lets me send a message. Same is on receiving end - one needs to constantly hit F5 to get new message. If this is only annoyance in private conversations, it can be deal breaker in workplace, where good communication is crucial!

The forum and messages seem ok on my end, but I've been noticing a massive delay with the site displaying our models on the My Models area of the dashboard profile. It used to load fairly quickly, but now the green icon just spins for at least 30 seconds sometimes before my models display.

Notifications still don't work here.
The personal messages problem happen randomly, but very often (1-5 refreshes are needed to properly load the page).
Sometimes (more rare) random pages don't load and I get the Maintenance page with the clock.
The dashboard page also often takes a lot of time (~30s) to load the Earnings/Models/Reputations fields.

+1. I have the same problems for last few months (half year or more). CGT has done nearly nothing about it. I'm sure, they have more important tasks ;))))
But for the justice I can say, CGT fixed issue with store view pretty fast after I posted about it on the forum and in the same time filed request to support. (were impossible to view more than one page of models due to broken link generation in page code. Now navigation works better.)
My version: CGT is targeted now for collecting as more content (mostly pirated or low quality) and already has overloaded server capacities and bandwidth. Old good capitalist moto: "Get more, invest less".
