I am a long-time seller on CGtrader. Recently, I upgraded many of my old models to improve product quality. However, after deleting the old preview videos and uploading new ones to these old products, the videos disappeared from the existing collections containing these models, and there is no way to update or add the new videos to these old collections. This significantly impacts the appeal of these collections because they lack the preview videos that showcase the animations.
Creating new collections to include the updated videos is not a viable solution since the old collections already have good rankings in search results, and it would take a long time for new collections to achieve the same ranking.
Therefore, I am seeking a solution to this issue as it greatly affects my sales, as well as CGtrader's overall sales, given that the majority of my sales come from collections rather than individual models.
