The word "hot" typically triggers the adult monitoring system to flag the content for obvious reasons. There are some people who like to upload adult content and use that word in the title or keywords to get more views or whatever. It's not usually a word that is used on most other content except once in a while for food, such as you have experienced with your model. I'm sure someone will approve it soon.
