Hello,

I've noticed that my revenue this month differs almost two times in the "MONTHLY SUMMARY" vs "PAYMENTS INFORMATION" tabs

Does anyone encounter similar problem or it just me?.

Check the "Last sales" tab. Maybe some of "buyers" refunded something after double purchase (in the best case) or after "no cardholder authorization" (in the worst case).

Same here. The difference is small, but it still there. I noticed it about a week ago, when e-mails from cgt started missing.

Looks like Monthly Summary is before the Total Payout Fees. You can see the Total Payout Fees in the Payments Information tab.

We have a temporary issue with a certain buyer account - the purchases made from this account are not reflected in the payments information table. Our guys are working on fixing this.
