disabling models

Discussion started by virtual-creature

Hi. I think that Cgtrader should have an option to disable models, to put them offline. If we don´t want to remove the models and we don´t want them to sell for some reason, than that option would be great. Other websites have it. What do you think?

no. You don´t understand. Each seller should have the option to disable their own models, if they don´t want to remove them.

Hello EN-EX Design Normally, all payments are completed around the 20th day of every month. Have you had problems like this before? Is it possible that you have sold your model around the end of last month?

Do you mean put models completely offline but still available "only" in the backend?

Personally I'm a bit concerned it would take up storage that does not potentially generate income and consequentially only produce extra cost (making this service maybe more expensive for all of us).

Maybe having a save draft option could be a solution? Deleting a model would then display an option for keeping a draft (which only includes images and text and all other settings, but not the files).

Otherwise a lot of people will just start using it as free online backup solution and tings maybe get out of hand quickly.
