We would like to clarify that the discounts offered on our platform are only valid during the sale period. Designers on our platform have control over setting their own discounts during these periods if they agree to sell their products for cheaper.
We understand that you have purchased a product at a higher price outside of a sale period and later discovered that the same product is being sold at a lower price. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund in such cases as the discounted price is only valid during the sale period.
As a platform, we have a contractual agreement with our designers, and we are only authorized to issue refunds under certain specific circumstances, such as if the files have not been downloaded, if they are faulty, or if the product does not match it's description/preview images in a significant manner. Unfortunately, the situation you are describing does not fall under any of these approved refund categories.
