Conversation with customers and images

Hi all.

Previously when I had conversation with customers I could see attached images embedded into each message. And it was okay. Now all attachment can be seen in attachment section only. It causes a lot of confusion, some time to understand a customer it is necessarily to see an image that he or she had send. When there is a lot of images in attachment it is hard to understand what image belong to what message. And I have to ask a customer to check attachment each time when I send image, just to make sure that he will see the image. And some time a customer send me an image with massage and I remain unaware of it because it didn't occur to me to check section with attachments.

So, please make it grate again, if it is possible of course.

+1, I had same experience and also feel images should indeed better stay attached to the message they came with.
