Bug file formats

Several people reported about this problem past days , CGt staff responded to be aware of the problem and working on resolving the issue.

My guess is that this issue will be a thing of the past in coming day's

I'm having this issue also. Only with products uploaded within the past 5-7 days. Desperately awaiting for a fix. Annoying now being able to display my file formats to buyers =/

There are several bugs now not only that .

Apologies for delay. Meanwhile, you can continue publishing models with file formats mentioned in description until the problem is solved.
