Wrong purchase. Can i ask refund?

Hi, i recently purchased this item https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/exterior/house/stylized-village-1b7beab1-b79b-4e2b-b52b-0960d1b3a25f
when i opened it in blender, i realized it's not what i needed. I know the project is Maya but there are fbx files and i thought i can use the scene but it seems i'm too noob for that.
Is there i way i can ask a refund? Site purchase points are good enough for me since i'll look for another scene to buy.

As far as i know support will refund product only if files aren't downloaded and if something is technically wrong with the product (for example missing texture, missing parts of the model, misrepresentation etc. ). Contact support via support@cgtrader.com but i doubt that they will refund model since you downloaded files, and there is nothing wrong with the model itself technically. Just to be clear , even if they refund this model, since you have downloaded files you are not allowed to use it in any way, if you do, that will get into trouble. I'm saying this because there are buyers who are trying to exploit refund system in order to get models for free. I'm not saying that you are the one of them.

Hi Tobias, thanks for answering. Blender doesn't see the textures. Everything is pink and bundled into a single point on the worksheet. But is there no refun doption publicly available? Also, i'm not trying to exploit anything. This is the first time i ask for a refund since i'm a member here and i spent some money until now. But i really can't use what i bought. I also agree to receive store points or credit or something that could allow me to buy something else. I'm not really asking for the money back :) I have sent them an email.
