- You need to make at least 20 models to start seeing some sales
- The model needs to be in demand, do some market research - is this what people are looking for?
- The model is rendered in lumion, popular architectural models are made generally for Vray/Corona
- Its generally lacking detail, no door handles, low resolution textures etc. Make high quality models with detail that saves the customer time.
- Remember most people who are buying assets already have a large collection of assets so are looking for things that are unique or in demand (point 2).
- You don't mention any unwrapping, there's no PBR textures, its low poly but its not designed for low poly, lots of technical limitations here and no specific goal.
- Check other models in this category, ensure yours is either better or offers something that is useful to the customer
- Create a long term plan of what you intend to sell, progressively build on your plan and eventually if you are in the right niche it will pay off, sometimes it doesn't.

I had my 1st sale after 6th model's publication. 2nd sale - long after 14th model. Then, months of silence, with 16 models. I received some stability after 27 models, 3 months ago. But even in this case, I don't look at CGTrader as income source. Some months or even decades and centuries can be without sale.

For good sales, you need hundreds of models, but nobody can promise stabile income.

Your model has very few views. Naturally it's quite unlikely to get sales if no one sees your model. Good performing model can be expected to be sold once per every 100-300 views. Exceptionally good models are selling every 50 and less views. Your model does not even have 40 views, half of which are probably generated by yourself and readers of this topic. It also doesn't help that your model is of quite low quality, very poorly presented and arguably of very little demand. At best you could expect few random sales per model's lifetime.

It seems that your caps lock key is stuck, i would suggest to remove it and get it a good clean, otherwise people might think that you're shouting at them.
