Whats the average view to sell ratio

It's going to depend heavily on the model. I've heard 100 ~ 150, but I'm in my experience it can be random. Some of my models have lots of views and low sales, while others sell with only a couple views. If you start getting into 200 + views and not selling anything, you may want to rethink your presentation/model quality.

Conversion could also depend on where the views are coming from. If you have a targetted social media presence on Twitter, Instagram, FB, Pinterest, etc., it could skew your conversion ratio. Certain social media outlets can definitely help with sales, but usually, the views vs. sales ratios generated from social media will be much different than organic marketplace category searches.
