What's going on with the payments?

They haven't paid me money from sales for almost three weeks.
I wrote to the support service, they promised to transfer about 25 dollars, but in the end I received less than 10 dollars. Although there are already more than 50 dollars in sales. And all the sales were in December.
Is everyone having problems with payments?

P.S. In the Hyperwallet Pay settings, I have it set for payments every week (on Wednesday).
