Hello everyone, my name`s Steve and I have a 3d design for a new product which I believe is unique in it`s concept and although very simple, it will have huge market demand.
I am currently prototyping my design and expect to have it ready soon.
From my own research and testing I believe my concept is unique and superior to any other product on the market.
My concern is that, because of it`s simplicity, it could easily be copied or altered slightly.
How can I protect my concept from being stolen and replicated?
Well.. obviously you will make millions with product with such huge demand, so you can invest in a patent and then hire an army of people to crawl the internet and issue DMCA's of all of the copies that will inevitably pop up all over the place.
You can also try to sue the people who copy you for an additional income ;
