Firstly, you can contact the designers directly and ask them to follow up with textures if they are missing.
Secondly, feel free to contact info@cgtrader.com and they will sort the situation out with a refund.
Thirdly, and I can't stress this enough, and sorry for my insecurity here - but I don't see your account having purchased anything on CGTrader. So it all seems a bit irrelevant at this point?
