To refund or not to refund

Hello mates.

Some customer with the reputation of 88 points bought a model from my store: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/exterior/histor...

Then he wrote me the following:

I purchased your grand palace and tried to use the .obj, but it does not come over as textured in 3Dxchange 7. my other .obj products I have downloaded by other work and comes over textured. I don't have the time to texture each individual piece or object. If this model can not come over as a completely texture .obj, then I want a refund. I download .a 3D model of the Taj Mahal from another, and it imported textured without problems. The .FBX seem to crash, yet my others don't. If you can not resolve this issue, or send me a textured .obj of this model, I want a refund immediatly!

What do you guys think, is it right?

Even if customer is right, why just not to contact seller before buying, why don't to ask an artist about product specifications before getting it?

And what is the logic of refund system at all? My store somehow feels itself unprotected.

Я тебе по секрету скажу - многие покупатели очень ленивые люди.
Я затрудняюсь понять почему покупатель не пытается все выяснить заранее, выйти на прямой контакт с продавцом используя подсказки и поисковые сайты. :-)
Кто они эти люди.. Из какой реальности?
Я бы посоветовал проверить модель по тем условиям, которые требуются клиенту. Если есть возможность -исправить. Еще совет - включить в описание особенности текстурирования.
Но глядя на цены ваших моделей я бы просто согласился на возврат.
