mate did some one know how to contact cgtrader (some kind like support ticket)

i have to ask about my payment and i do have send email to cgtrader, but a still got no answer..did something wrong?? btw my payment was trough cgtrader account because i use skriil ..(my first payment lead my paypal account get full limitation and i have ask cgtrader did i must pay activated credit... but no answer .. and now i got no idea when i get payment from cgtrader to my skriil account) just couple dolar .. but i hope this problem can be clear,,i meand i got no problem in other site but here i got my 2nd problem.. hope its can be solved soon ...

Right now it says leave a message, but when it says online or something, click it :) They're normally online around 8:00 A.M. EST.
