I recommend creating a 3D Project for this.

There's a system called 3D Projects that allow you to put make a request and the people interesed can apply, then you select one applicant and you start working. You set the price but the applicants can change it (lower or higher). https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-modeling-jobs
