Buyers aren't allowed to resell models bought here on cgt, those two licenses have nothing to do with that.

Your welcome. I forgot to mention, only way that buyer can resell model is if model is done via project and buyer and seller agreed upon that (resell), otherwise is forbiden. I also suggest you to get familiar with those licenses if you aren't already. Good luck.
