PRICE OFFERS, from the same person but different accounts.

Discussion started by altahir-lite

Can I ask something? So there is a customer who keeps making price offers to me at prices around 50% cheaper than the normal price. The problem is that the customer keeps changing his account every time he makes an offer, even though he could use one account for several offers. Is this a normal thing to do? I don't mind if a customer keeps making offers, but the way he is doing it makes me a little worried. Should I continue to accept his requests, or should I ignore him?

I think this customer is trying to convince you that your prices are too high, by having "several" fake customers offering you low-ball prices. My advice is to ignore them. If you think your prices are fair, you can disable "Price Offers" in settings and not have to deal with that. I've disabled it months ago when some customers started low-balling me. If people don't like my prices, they don't have to buy my models. I'm fine with that.

I'd rather not sell a single model than give them away for 50% price

Maybe you are right, it seems that I should be wiser in making decisions for that matter. I just have a mindset that it will be okay if I have 1 customer who has a 50 % discount on most of my models. But yeah thanks for the advice man.

It's up to you. You can participate in sales, but I find that most regular customers wait until the sales event to purchase models, since those events are quite regular.
