I have found over many years of creating 3D models that prices vary greatly. I always base my prices on what I believe to be a fair value and take into consideration how many times you believe the item will sell. It is all very subjective and only you as a developer can judge what you feel is an equitable price for your work.

In my opinion, the price is too high. Something like 20-30$ would be fine. But you could leave the price as it is for one month and see if you sell something.

IMHO you could easily ask much more than that if quality of the set would be a little bit higher. No normal maps, a lot of shading errors, smoothing not sorted out, no wireframe views, only colour map. Fix those things and you can ask a $99+ with confidence.
But if there's demand for such quality models, then price is right. Don't lower it to suggested $20 as your set consists of many assets, although very similar to each other, yet fairly distinct enough.
