Previews cropped

I have issue with the product previews. My preview images happen to be square images, but CG trader cuts the image from top and bottom.
Is there any way to prevent this from happening?
I would like to show screenshot but there is no way uploading images to this forum.
Would someone tell the recommended dimensions for preview images so that they upload nicely and not be cropped in the process?

You have to upload images with 1.33 ratio

It seems that the system automatically corrects this when the model is actually published. :)

All my images are in 1360x1020, no cropping.
