The ratio of 220000 views / 1 positive review in my opinion, frankly speaking, is not very impressive, but however congratulations.
If you didn't use plenty of epithets such as very unique, astonishing, spectacular, outstanding etc. in the promotion of your models and in their titles/descriptions, I think there would be more positive reviews.
