My model sold at 2024-12-04 still today I have not received payment. its almost 53 days from sale what is the problem can anyone please tell. My hyperwallet pay portal is active and I received my last payment on 2024-12-04.

You will get a faster answer if you email support@cgtrader.com rather than asking in the Designer forum.
