Not getting review

It depends on the buyer. If the buyer wants to give you a review, he will give it to you.

Be careful. Sometimes the review that is given might be overly critical and could possibly dissuade other buyers. So, if things are selling well, perhaps it is best to leave it as is rather than ask the buyers for reviews.
Myself, if I buy something that is fair for the money, I tend not to give any review. If I buy something that is an incredible deal, or something that the quality is high for the money, I will leave a favourable review. If I buy something that I feel is defective, or poor quality for the money, I will leave a negative review.
Some people just don't take the time to write any reviews, but if they thought if something they purchased wasn't fair, they definitely will leave a poor review. So, no review, can be interpreted as "good".

Indeed reviews are very rare to get. Few years ago you could expect to get one review per 10-20 sales, but now it's more like one review per 50-100 sales.
