No payment received since APRIL 2019

To the Help service,

On April 14th 2019, my first model Hydraulic Cylinder and I have not received any funds in my PayPal account since then.
For further sales as well, I am not receiving any payments, even though there is a payout amount mentioned for each sale.

How did you set the minimun charge to receive your money? If you set in your account to receive funds when it reachs 50 dollars and you still have 20dollars so you need 30 dollars in your account to CGtrader transfer funds to you!
