Hi,
I just bought the container house 3D model by Aghjo Design. I paid for the model, I got the confirmation, the invoice and a link to the file location for download.
But there are no files?
Is this common? What to do?
Best regards
Klaus

Definitely contact Support. It seems like there are no files in the product at all, which is something I have never seen happen before. Something strange is going on there because you are correct, it's not displaying any file types for the model at all, and the information in the description is very vague. He talks about Evermotion models and props. Very unusual.
If it happens, that's not good for CGT and you too. Can you please give me the link to the product you bought?
Also, you can inform about this to CGT support team.
Looks like this is the product:

@klausdons You should definitely ask for refund.
Even if the seller accidentally forgot to add the files, the scene (as written in the description) contains (pirated) models from Evermotion and other authors and those can not be resold by other individuals - that makes this product illegal and the seller most likely will be banned soon.
@sourcefile - absence of file formats in asset's page, doesn't neccessary means that there are no files to download. Sometimes even legit assets looks like scam due to cgtrader's bugs. This assets pack of mine looks like fake crap with no file formats and no content: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-model-collections/raindrops-texture-collection but i can asure you that it is perfectly normal product and it has been sold several times with no complaints from customers.
Having said that, i tend to agree with others, that subject of the topic, indeed looks like a scam.
Can't escape feeling that cgt slowly losing control. (generally speaking)
@PhantomDesign I tend to disagree - you can't lose something that was never there.
My feeling is the opposite - that CGT is slowly gaining control with the piracy problem.. but.. yeah.. slowly
