Can you post the wireframes for this? Something seems strange with the geometry and smoothing groups and the edges of the geometry. Also I would up your render settings, you have a lot of noise in your images. Maybe also with the reflection go with something more neutral, the harsh reflection of the red building and floor texture is very distracting.

For the render i used leadenhall market HDRI and some planes with emission inside the helmet so you can see the interior. Used 128 samples, no denoiser.
