I understand you want a night time image, but your overall exposure is too dark.

You can keep it semi dark for the lower third for depth but make sure you exposure your image higher, your screen brightness might also be affecting your view I recommend you calibrate your monitor.

Your color shift is too far in the red as well. Here is a quick paint over I did but I cant get the full values since your clipping extremely on the far left of the curves.

Polycount is too high (2.5mil) for a game model and for what it is, and for where it will be used. (I guess the purpose of this tavern model is to be put into some kind of a world for which you also need a lot of polygons if you want to keep consistency), those outside brick walls could be done with displacement/normal maps. If you still want to keep original polycount, it's better to use those polygons from walls to even more increase interior details. Judging by the renders and polycount number i guess there are some other things that could be optimized. Overall very good model, and honestly 100 times better looking on 3DCargo image.
