Hi guys,

I've created 10 New Marble Textures. Materials is PBR ready for rendering.

Generally PBR textures value sits between 5-220. Why is the 2nd and 4th ball hitting 255 white?

Hello, thanks for response. Do you have more info about that?First time hearing about this. I'm usually try to a little lighter textures, because in the end in to software i can always very fast turn brightness down so i can like create darker material.

Yes as @luxxeon mentioned all the technical information is in the Substance PBR Guide. This also covers some basics such as Base Color values, IOR values etc. PBR is a standard so adjusting values in the end software is not ideal as a base point, the customer can do what they like with the working files obviously.

Does this model have a roughness map? It looks so homogeneous

yes it has you can try look in previews images there is a little sharper and better visual quality of spheres
