Guess its just someone taking advantage of the system.
At least they still paid for your model, and its not like you lost crazy amounts of money.
This person bought a model from me, got a refund then bought the same model again but cheaper.
This is the first time I see this, so is this a glitch, were you buy stuff to accumulate points, get a refund then get models cheaper or what ?

That's why I'm asking.
Like I said, this is the first time I see this, so I'm not sure if it was a mistake, or something buyers actually do to pay less.
If you would click on that question mark under "refunded", it should tell you what was the reason for refund. Unless there wasn some glitch with the payment or something similar, such behaviour is definitely not normal. Write to support and ask to investigate, if this is buyer's trick to get models cheaper, he should at least loose his credits.
The reason is "Accidental purchase. Model files were not downloaded."
Now unless the buyer, bought another model between the first and second time, which means just a bad luck for me, the points should be deducted when there is refunds.
In my case, the amount is not big, but for expensive models, the amount can be huge.
