The projects that have the tag resell, you can resell, otherwise the paying client can ask mods to take it down and that would probably cause other issues for the offending designer. For preventing them from sending stolen or copyrights, make sure to have specific details and have a unique idea. If it's something already in existence, just buy it on a store.
