Not really. You may try to sell them with editorial licences and hope that nobody won't give a damn about it, but that doesn't save you if design owner will request to take down those models or even would take legal actions against you.

And what if I do not use the logos of the original and make my design changes?

It is not legal to make profit from any brand or intellectual property without owner permission. But big portion of the 3d models sold online are from this group. So..
Be creative, original and make something yours.

We can be happy that 3D industry works in something what could be called as legal vacuum. In other words some IP (intelectual property) owner don't know about 3D models, more clever IP owners are happy that 3D artists make them advertisement for free and other IP owner maybe know about 3D models but simply don't solve it.
But who knows how this will look in other 10 years, wheather more companies will not follow stupid brands like BMW.
But I fully agree with IndieArt and mostly I am creating models of my own design so this is the best way.
