there are many 3d models where images of real figures that exist in the form of figures are not similar to his 3d models .

I'm not saying that this person is not a scumbag, I'm just saying that fraud is a term that may not describe this person's actions. Perhaps you should report this to CGTrader. Admins don't go through every post in the forum to see if someone is doing something against the rules.
