I cannot buy 3D model

Another user complained about this recently, (and many other users had similar issues) where he found out that his credit card company thought the purchase seemed suspicious and blocked the transaction.

I had this happen to me the other day and called my bank they said that it was the site that currently has refused my card but I don't believe that I'm thanking of calling the bank again and see what they say

So probably many buyers has similar problem this month.
I do not know what happened but I (as a seller) must say that I do not remember such really bad october in my selling history here on CGT.
With my 242 models portfolio I got only 1 small sale this month so far. Really bad.

yes i can,t buy even if have money in my paypal account ---will call the bank to transform the money dirct to cg with paypal !!?

That is certainly weird and possibly speaks of a bigger issue. I bet only a few people post messages on this forum to complain, but I'm sure there are plenty of others don't bother posting messages here, and most likely go to other sites without reporting the issue.
If you make it difficult for the customer to do business with you, they will go elsewhere.
