How do I import the model (OBJ) with the skin atatched (MTL)

You mean how do you upload so that OBJ and MTL show up together? I don't think you can. I've always just uploaded each separately, but you can actually create a ZIP file with both the OBJ and MTL in the ZIP, then manually choose OBJ as the file type for the ZIP.
