How can I download a model (free)? when I click download, the help our community grow thing pops up and nothing else happens.

When you're trying to download the second model, the pop-up should look like this:

You have to share the message via social media and then you can continue downloading the free models.
Have you tried to share it via socials? Or is it some sort of a bug and you can't see anything except the white screen where the pop-up is?
I can't see the Picture you uploaded, but I would say its the same, because it offers to send it via social media. Is there a way, how to download a model without having a social media account? I don't have any and I don't want any.

You can get another download after collecting 100 reputation points - which you can collect by liking other designers' works.
You can also get unlimited amount of downloads after making your first buy - buyers have very few limits, if there are any!
Other option is uploading your own models.
