You can't. Well, you could contact model's owner and ask him to release his model under creative commons (CC) license, but that would mean that he have to give model for free to you and to anyone else. I doubt that he would agree to do that :]
Other option would be ask him to sell model exclusively to you. That way, you'd become owner of the model and he retains authorship only. That would also mean, that he won't be allowed to sell this model anymore and he have to remove it from here and from anywhere else. Needless to say that exclusive license usually costs much more than regular one.
