To be honest, I really doubt it, it is unlikely that someone looking for a free model will then look to buy something. But in few cases, there are people who take the time to analyze your model and if they are still not convinced, they download some free model that you have to analyze and thus move on to the purchase.
But they are very few, in any case, the free models are only to generate traffic in your user and your models.
