These plotters generally are pretty expensive, especially the wider you go. Sometimes you may get a used one, but don't buy it sight unseen as some print shops want to get rid of them because they are either broken, cost a lot to operate or don't produce the quality needed anymore.
Visit HP, Canon and Epson sites to see if you have the budget for one. More than likely, unless you're going to print a LOT, these aren't for the home user. It's best just to find a print shop and ask what they charge per drawing. Generally more drawings will be cheaper per drawing than just going there to print out one drawing alone.
