It's always good to provide as much info as you can, but be sure the information you proved is as useful as you can make it without being too redundant or overly complicated. For example, there's really no need to mention the model formats in the technical details, because that information is already provided on the right side. I wouldn't repeat that stuff in the description unless you need to elaborate on it for some reason. It's good to tell people there are multiple types of textures included, but you don't mention the resolution of the textures (which may be important for certain projects) nor do you mention what kind of textures they are. For example, are the textures PBR compatible? If so, what PBR maps are included with the product?

Are they PBR textures? If someone is interested in this model, you can be sure you will get that question over and over at some point unless you mention what type of textures you include. For example, if they are PBR texture maps, then say that and also mention what maps you have there (ie., Albedo, Specular, Roughness, Emission, Metalness, Normalmap, Displacement). If your maps are not PBR, then I'd still mention what maps you include because PBR is something most customers come to expect in a model nowadays. They may be assuming it is PBR compatible when it's not. Or vice versa.
