Why your models may not be selling?

I have just checked my models and they are all listed and showing in my products. However when I do a search in the top search bar most of my models are not appearing in the search results and I entered and tried many correct key words. If this is happening with everyone's products when a potential customer is looking for a model, then it is no wonder that sales may be missed as the models are not showing in the search results and the customer will go elsewhere. This appears to be an ongoing problem and will lose lots of business for sellers and cgtrader if it is not fixed.
As you can see by the screen grab only five models appeared in the result but there are thirty eight in the data base, and this is just one example of many searches I tried.

I have two models of lion("lion" word present in tags and title). But when I search by this word it gives me some lion/tiger/panther/leo models, some car wheels, little more fruits and no one of my own lion model even at the end of the list. Also number of searching tries gives me different results with the same words.
I am sad of this.

I am a customer for the second time on this site. I have been looking for some good Sci Fi models and found someone who has some nice models. It says he has 66 models on his page, but only 13 are displaying when I click 'View all'. After trying this on other artists (same thing happens) I have come back to the original artist, and now none of his models are showing. In the middle of my search also, the site went down for maintenance. It came back up, now I am not getting any results for a search that previously had hundreds.
I have tried this on three browsers, cleared cookies and cache, same result. Firefox, Chrome, IE.
Something terribly wrong has happened here?
CGTrader is currently busy updating the indexing if the site and i hope it is soon that they are completed with the task. In the meantime you can look at my profile for sci fi models. Ive got a few as well.

I hope they fix this soon. Yes Flat 3D is right this is the best 3D website out there. I think that because everyone has finally realized that it is and are switching over to it, they are now being faced with potential storage and indexing problems... I guess that is why things have been disappearing across the board.
