Lamborghini has protected IP - you cannot sell these even with an Editorial license. Same goes for Mini, Disney and a lot of other brands. Unfortunately there is not an easy to find list of these protected brands.

Lamborghini isn't allowed on cgt because of Lamborghini copyright claim to cgt. Anybody who is selling car models (including me) is in grey area and can expect model removal because of copyright claim, it doesn't matter what license said, if there is a claim from trademark owner cgt will forbid that from selling on their marketplace, the same goes for others stuff, just because there isn't (yet) a copyright claim from other (let's say) car manufacturers, that doesn't mean that there won't be a claim and that those won't be banned from selling in the future. What I have found interesting is that Lambo and BMW are selling with no problem on other marketplace, as far as i know BMW forbids selling their car models on all marketplaces.

Hi there,

To clarify it one more time, due to a copyright claim from Lamborghini, you cannot upload any models of this brand to the CGTrader.

Moreover, unfortunately, you cannot post or sell any BMW, and MINI models too.

Kindly,
Austėja from CGTrader

Im agree with 100% to you dude,

if you sell a product protected by intellectual property rights, any copyright holder can file a complaint against you.
Doesn`t matter what resource are you doing this on.
