why I did not receive my payment !?

Yesterday (22.05) I received an answer from CGTrader live support that payments
will be accrued "today or tomorrow". So, wait for today`s day (23.05).

Live support is available on bottom-left of the screen. "Customer Support" chat box if i am not wrong. I don't know why sometimes the text changes to "Help Chat". But it is the same chat box. I am new here too, just 3 days here on CGTrader haha.

Hi there,

I've been told that your payment was denied by paypal due to 3148 reason: Receiver's address is in a non-receivable country or a PayPal zero country.

I'd suggest going to Webmoney account instead. Although it has $200 payout limit, it will still be supported in your country.

edit: I think I'm going back to pay pal because I do not know how webmoney works to avoid any problems thanks any way

I think I solved my problem with pay pal now could you plz try to resend the payment to see if everything now works fine or the problem still exist thanks

Hi again, It seems that the payment did go through today. Please check your paypal account and let me know if there were any issues.

I have made contact with pay pal customer support it seems like I have a problem with my credit card and I'm working on that problem to re activate my paypal and remove the limit and contact with cgtrader customer support then thanks
