Which payment method is the best

Between PayPal and Payoneer at the end the difference is negligible, so just choose whatever you are more conformable with.

Payoneer works so much better for me

I had very negative experience with payoneer. Their support is complete trash. I couldn't say that paypal is flawless, but at least they transfer funds to my bank without fees (their currency conversion rates makes me mad though).

I can confirm that payoneer support is terrible. My experience was the same - you will have a really hard time if you have to use it.
