What is going on with freelance projects?

well I've noticed that most of the jobs I apply for which I never get any feedback most of the times which is okay I used to think other people have gotten chosen but no they don't even get removed from the list for weeks, I don't really get it

Yeah, there are a lot of people that put up fake projects. Some people though get referred to models already on the market.
