The better question is what are you trying to do? Are you selling your personal models or have an agreement with someone and want to sell their models?

is it license to sell 3d model from other sites and not my models ?

Editorial license means that customer can't use obtained product commercially. Usually you want to sell your models under editorial use license, if your model is partially covered by copyrighted material and you didn't acquired rights to use it. For example, if you created existing in real world car model, you can't legally sell it under regular royalty free license. in fact, even selling it under editorial license is a bit of a grey area, but it's common practice in 3d model stock market, so you should be ok with that.
As for the second question, no, you can't sell models that aren't yours - that's calling piracy and is punished by law.
That is one of the biggest problems with 3d sites... this kind of thing should not happen because then buyers will just download all the free stuff and no one will buy any paid models. Also whoever downloads and uses those models in their projects could get sewed. They see the models on Cgt or other sites and think those models are safe to download when they are illegal..
You have to be sure that those models are really illegal though. Please post the Chinese website from where she supposedly took the models. Without proof then you could just be hurting her reputation
The matter of Hannah makes me laugh :) lol..
all models for free in a "hamster" website?? BERI
If Hannah's story is true and you have the proofs, we can report the matter to CGTrader
As far as I know Hannah is a good artist, one I support. I like her work a lot too.
